1. Next time I visit I may stay in a differerent area just to be closer to more restaurants and shopping as this Biltmore location seems to have seen its better days.

3. We ate once at the hotel's restaurant for lunch and the food was great, but even better is that you just have to walk across the parking lot to the Biltmore mall where there are other food options (Paradise Bakery, Cheesecake Factory and others) and upscale shopping.

6. I prefer Embassy Suites when I do travel and this breakfast crew does the best job and prepares some of the better quality food of other hotels within this chain.

7. If returning to Phoenix for business this would be on the list however for a leisure vacation you're better off at Hilton Tapatio Cliffs or Squaw Peak.

8. Not saying these things were better or worse, just a different impression than the other 2 hotels in smaller towns and not the Biltmore district.

9. Out of the 3 Hilton properties we stayed at, this one contained better dressed people, more formal desk help and a more formal atmosphere.
