1. When I asked for a new one they brought one while we were out and just left it in the bathroom for us to change and it still had some mold on it.

9. We drove to the 'resort' from new Jersey and when we arrived, at about 3:30 PM on teh check-in day, we were glad to see that the reception, at least, (remember, this was Christmas Day) had a nice person in charge.
