1. I will say that the hotel staff that I dealt with were pleasant enough and will not say anything negative about the customer service with the exception of the maid service.

3. The continential breakfast was exceptional with eggs, cereal, waffles, white and whole bread for toast, various kinds of bagels, pastries, 4 kinds of juice, coffee, tea, milk, water, & fruit, The tea/coffee was available all day.

4. We had no problems with our room, except that a 'standard' room does not include one king size bed but two full beds.

5. The rooms were never cleaned until 2 or 3 in the afternoon, EXCEPT on the day we were checking out, when they knocked on the door at 9:00 am, and hung right outside our door til we left at 10:00 am.
