1. Disney understands that there are a lot of popular Lake Buena Vista hotels and Kissimmee FL hotels which guests like to stay at.

2. If you like the strong odor of must, mold, mildew and stale cigarette smoke, and you like dirty carpets and stained furniture and long, black hairs in your 'clean' linens, then this is your hotel.

3. We were within 10 minutes to the parks and because of the close proximity to the highways this hotel is at the very end of 192, so there was literally no traffic backups like one might experience is staying further down that road.

4. They also had gas grills available to their guests which was great for those nights we didn't feel like dressing for dinner.

8. The breakfast is ok, just ok, eggs like the one you find in McDo breakfast, bread, cereals, bagels, some pastries, waffles, coffee is good and juice is horrible powder based mixture.
