4. It wasn't great to have to leave the hotel building and walk over to the other building just to use the reception phone to order food for the kids, especially in the pouring rain, but we did it.

7. The shuttle to disney was on time and a great help, but the last shuttle doesnt give enough time to stay for the night time parade.

8. Based on the great reviews, we thought we were getting a great price (about $40 after resort fees and taxes) on a nice moderate hotel close to Disney, but beware that this hotel has 2 properties side by side.
