3. We arrived at 11:30pm - we were greeted by Mike at Guest Services - he was wonderful, he understood we were exhausted from the long drive and helped us get to our room.

4. I had trouble with my wife's rental scooter andwas helped by Mark Lewandowski, (executive chef), he helped me by calling the rental company and proceeded to get the scooter working while I went to get my wife.

9. Oh, and the engineering staff that helped me in the laundry room with the washing machines that almost ruined our uniforms (Saturday night) - THANK YOU for your quick thinking & helping me out of a bad situation that was really out of your control.

10. Jon ( I think that's his name) in guest services helped me set up transportation back to the airport, that was the friendliest gesture I got from the staff at the front of the house.
