My son and I went to the reception and asked to see a manager, James came to the desk and we explained the reason why we would like a room swap, he was brilliant and allocated us a room in the tower with a bigger closet, we were due to check out on the 19th but stayed an additional night until the 20th as we liked it so much, we travelled to St Petersberg and then for last night of our holiday stayed in a hotel near to the airport as we had an early flight, I can honestly say that Wyndham met all our expectations of what a hotel should be, OK it may be a bit dated in style compared to the Hilton and Holiday Inn across the road, we actualyy visited both of these as my daughter and friends were staying at them, but they did'nt have the friendly feel of the Wyndham, and the cleanliness is second to none, all of the hotel is so clean and pool area and surrounding gardens are superb and in my opionion better than the other hotels mentioned, I have never seen such pure white fluffy towels, and loads of staff always around, To sum up we would 100% stay here again and the hotel is under I believe a refurbishment programme, so thanks again to James, Rafael, Jill the greeter( who found a holdall we had left in the first room under the bed, and did'nt realise it was missing until we were packing to go home it had been handed in by cleaning staff), and all other staff that made our stay so good, hope to be back some time soon :-)).
