This is the second time we have stayed at the Ohana Waikiki West - convenient having food pantry next door and close to beach - 'free Trolley' as well - free 15 minutes long distance calling daily - staff was not overly friendly but the our rooms were clean although the showers need to be updated - the elevators are slow but we got lots of excercise walking up and down although we were only on the third floor - we had requested a room not facing Kuhio/pool side/bar - so was quiet - the only real complaint we had (didn't notice last visit 2 years ago) was the 'time-share' free breakfast EVERY time you walked in - one particular fellow was extremely aggresive - having free wi-fi in lobby was OK as we didn't need to check our emails constantly -.
