6. Rather than see that the name/address on the reservation and credit card didn't match and taking care of all this before hand they waited until I was checking in to say this form needed to be completed by the company before I could check in.

8. With regards to parking be careful because parking at hotel is limited but free parking is available along the road next to the canal but be warned they street clean on Mondays and Fridays between 8:30 - 11:30.

10. For the price you are paying you get a decent quality room, firm mattress and who cares if the staff is rude or friendly? We stayed there one night, just enough to shower and sleep.
