1. I WILL NEVER stay here again not only did we deal with that but in the 6 days that we stayed there they never once changed our sheets on our bed and only gave us new towels once.

3. Although website stated newly renovated, my lower floor room still had old tv, bathroom, although clean, had not been renovated.

4. I had to get new keys issued about 5 times during our trip because either the key would stop working for the elevator and only work for the room or stop working for the room and only work in the elevator.

5. Our TV was ancient, but our family's across the hall was a brand new flat screen - however we were not there to watch TV so the point is moot.

10. The houskeeper that we had was GREAT, we saw her in the hall almost every day and she new our names, and the date we were checking out.
