6. We were also told they are going to remodel the rooms after this season and so that's even more reason to not stay there, because they are just leaving everything as-is until they start the remodel.

9. Although the hotel is supposed to be one of the top-notch hotels in Miami, it was a very disappointing experience, for many reasons -- The hotel staff simply does not want to assist the customers in any way.
