1. -Pros great location, great pool and beach, attentive and tolerant service-Cons Everything has an upcharge or added fee be careful before opening anything in the room a friend accidentlely opened up one of their $40 bottles of shampoo (you read right that correctly a $40 dollar bottle of shampoo).

6. It may be hard to control bugs coming into the room since the balcony leads directly out to the garden area, but it's inexcusable to have a dirty room and a staff that does not care enough to do anything about it.
