ConsService was iffy - either really good or non existentWe made 3 phone calls to the front desk requesting our luggage to be brought up over an hour before finally going down and getting it our selfThe room was kinda old the floor had stains on it and the bathroom caulking and sink areas were stainedThere were numerous 'plaster' marks on the walls from repairs that hadnt been painted.
