1. It is a boutique hotel so if you are looking for huge rooms, giant pools etc do not stay in SOBE - stay further up the drive in Miami.

First impressions: We pulled up in a cab with all kinds of bags (sailing gear duffel bags & suitcases & a baby car seat) and the guy working the front desk came out as soon as we were climbing out of the cab he immediately brought our bags into the hotel for us (which was a huge relief when you are traveling with an infant).
