3. Nice clean room except for one 20cm brown stain on the floor (why would they not put a throw rug over it if they couldn't repair it)? Bed was comfy, looks better in the bathrooms than shown in pics I saw here (plus nice coconut Bath & BodyWorks products).

5. The staff was friendly, with the exception of one front desk clerk who was grumpy and liked to roll her eyes - she was our only bad experience from this hotel.
