You should not have to specify a time when you want it cleaned by but I would suggest you talk to Reception so you are not disappointed when you return to find it still not sorted4) Breakfasts good but no variation so after a week it was a little boring5) Coffee refills in rooms not refilled on at least 3 occasions - slightly irritating Maybe put a large note to remind the staff6) Dont use the car parking valet service - we waited an hour one day for our car and almost missed an appointment - use the parking garage across the road - cheaper and you can go in and out at your convenience7) If you want to use your own laptop do not get put in rooms at back of hotel in the adjoining building to the main one as no access - we had to log on in the lobby at all times -again inconvenient.
