1. -The nightwatch (starst at 8:30pm) speaks only russian and is as nice and welcoming as a gulag camp guard.

We arrived on the evening so the early check in wasnt needed , Room upgrade wasnt available either (the hotel was not full so unsure why we did not receive this) we did receive welcome gift of a plate of fruit which was a nice touch, room was small, quite dark due to poor lighting and air con dial was broke front kept falling off dumped our cases and went out along Ocean Drive.

7. Part of the package with Perfect Escapes that if available you receive early check in, late check out,welcome gift and complimentary room upgrade which sounded great when i booked the room.
