1. Please check into this hotel and pick the Astor Suite, I am 100% sure you will not be displeased.

2. After 15 mins of arguing she gave up and called housekeeping and asked them in the most condescending voice to 'please clean rm 101 right away, I have a guest here who is absolutely insisting that she have her room this minute'(I couldn't believe the attitude I was receiving from a manager.
