1. Always had a smile, even gave us a free room upgrade after an error with the wrong size bed.

3. When we arrived I had to request the free upgrade we were promised at the time of booking, but once we did we were upgraded to a suite.

5. We also used the hotel's free shuttle service to go see The Standard (about a 10 minute ride away), and I would definitely recommend that to anyone.
