2. One of our bedside lights had faulty wiring, the toilets sometimes got backed up, one day they brought us newspapers we hadn't asked for that was nice except I had already paid $6 for the NY Times downstairs), the housekeeping staff didn't show up till mid-afternoon.

3. The pool is beautiful except for it has some holes in the walls, etc that need repair.

4. The location of the hotel was fantastic, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go except one night for dinner (we had dinner at Prime 112 which I also highly recommend).

6. I don't really recommend all the tourist areas - I think you would be fine just staying at the Raleigh except to venture out at night for dinner and drinks at other hotels.
