6. Location - I've been to Miami many times and if you want to stay on South Beach, in a decent hotel you cannot stay anywhere from 1st up to atleast 13th street.

7. There is no gym (nor anything decent close to it) and facilities are more limited to couples than maybe families with young kids but all in all, a very good hotel.
