8. My wife and I rarely stay at a hotel that is less than a 4 stars and found the hotel service to be better than many with higher star ratings that we had recently stayed at.

10. I thought the Raleigh's location was better than hotels farther south on Collins, as it seems to be in a better neighborhood and is certainly quieter.
