3. Very old and they don't warn you upfront nor does the front desk know how to professionally accomodate (or win over) an unhappy guest.

4. What other hotel lays your towel out for you on your beach chair and brings your drinks out to the beach? As for night life, I suggest skipping club Mango - too touristy, but good if you want to sit and watch the professional club dancers dance.

9. We booked our first 2 nights through the hotel directly and the last 2 nights through Orbitz (found a much better deal on Orbitz than other sights) The staff were extremely professional, polite and attentive.
