1. Very quiet at breakfast time, lovely attentive staff, great breakfast menu, a little on the pricey side, 40-bucks for breakfast for two, but well worth it, food was exceptionally good quality, all fresh - price probably typical of South Beach.

4. Most impressive: service was good/friendly without being overbearing, the bed was very comfortable, room clean, pool/bar area were very nice, access to boardwalk.
