7. This was our 4th stay at this hotel over a 3-year period, and the most pleasant surprise was when the Chief-Concierge, Andy, recognized us at our arrival (it seems that she goes over the listing of clients every day before the arrivals, and she had our name in mind - don't ask me how).

10. The only good thing was the lovely brazilian girl at the front desk, while managers seemed unapproachable and too busy to talk to guests, the beautiful clerk had the warmst smile and made our check out a lot more pleasant.
