1. Rooms were small but very nice, hotel is all art-deco style, very close to Lincoln Road area for restaurants, cafes, shopping, and back gate is right on the beach - couldn't find a better location.

4. to get coffee, water or juice never offered on any of three days, had to get up to get own silverware, plates not cleared when going back to the buffet); concierge unable to get us on any VIP list or access to clubs despite claims on website --After checking in and finding room unsatisfactory I spoke with the manager who told me he wouldn't be able to change it that night but would probably be able to do something and would 'take care of me' and find better accomodations for remaining nights; never heard from him or saw him again the rest of the tripBottom Line - there are so many other nicer hotels in this price range that there is no reason to stay here, unless central location and immediate beachfront access are paramount.

9. I had better luck in 10$ one star hotel in no-name city in the Soviet Union.
