4. Many other hotels I called were rude, indifferent, didn't really seem to want to take the time to answer my questions, but from Thomas at the Front Desk, to every single person that I encountered at the Winterhaven, the experience was friendly and welcoming.

We arrived at the Winterhaven after a very long journey from the UK, delayed due to heavy snow in London, however we received a very warm welcome from reception staff who were extremely helpful, especially finding us a parking spot for our hire car so we didn't have to worry about it until the following morning.
