1. I totally recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't care about a fancy hotel but wants to be in the action.

4. -they say they have pool access at a sister hotelCons: -Nice rooms but a bit small for 2 double beds - but who cares-Even numbered rooms on lower floors face a wall, but fine for 1 or 2 nights Restaurants: La Ventana - Columbian - on Washington and 8th? - great prices$10 - $12 for dinner, interesting food-The Big Pink on 1st? and Collins - great diner/burger/pizza joint with some entrees - fair prices-The Versailles in Little Havana - Cuban - good prices.

5. be careful with the restraunts they try to get you by offering free shots not worth it.

7. Yes, there is a resort fee of 7 something a day, but get over it, the drink coupon and the breakfast takes care of that.
