2. Blanco had left a beautiful silver Ritz Carlton picture frame for me on the dresser with a note telling me he was at our service during our stay and hoped we would have a lovely time on my daughter's spring break.

Do ask for the chair covers as the thick chair pads are in need of a good washing:) It is a truly beautiful older hotel and the stay was great but for the reward points, I think there are other Ritz Carlton's (Naples, Palm Beach and Key Biscayne) that seem to really reach out to make sure you have an amazing Ritz Carlton experience.
