1. How many times have you gone to a luxury 5star hotel and come out thinking 'Service is good, but that's why I expect from a 5 star hotel anyway?' What differentiates a good hotel experience from an extraordinary one is the attention to details and a positive interaction at EVERY level.

2. And after being there, and splurging and spending over $1000 on a Club Floor Ocean View room, I agree with all the positive comments, it was a beautiful hotel, clean, amazing staff, great restaurants, large bathrooms.

Our positive thoughts and experiences are:- nice, clean, airy feeling, amazing first impression from lobby of the ocean and resort-everybody at the reception really polite-hotel was quiet, in spite of the size and the non stop almost weddings taking place -Spago Restaurant was really accommodating of our child's food intolerances and well as taste buds.
