1. Fine details such as providing a tiny reading light, handmade cookies, room service breakfast where the staff lay it out for you on your terrace table and everything is spotlessly clean.

2. We had to wait a hour or so for our upgraded room and it was worth it (we did arrive early) we had a view out to sea with the resort below, The service round the pool is outstanding, with water always being refilled, sunglasses cleaned, spritzed with Evan water, cucumber.
