1. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and attendants were very generous with the toiletries (L'Occitane) which was fabulous - usually they are always short esp when there are two of you n the room showering, bathing and washing hair every day.

3. I didn't like the touristy feel of Maui in general, Wailea, nor this Four Seasons -- the hotels crowd together in cheek-by-jowl, and it's just a monoculture of tons of mostly white rich tourists and locals who barely hide their resentment at us.

6. The 'Serenity Pool' was not very serene, over-populated by party animals frolicking in the pool with their drinks, making a lot of raucous noise, and generally behaving like the sales reward winners they were.

7. Other than that they were doing some general maintenance in our hallway and on grounds which is my only real complaint since I have never been there when they were doing this kind of maintenance.
