3. We had to wait a hour or so for our upgraded room and it was worth it (we did arrive early) we had a view out to sea with the resort below, The service round the pool is outstanding, with water always being refilled, sunglasses cleaned, spritzed with Evan water, cucumber.

5. Seriously - our room maid deserves kudos, the gardeners are AMAZING, the bar tenders at the adult pool are INCREDIBLY wonderful, the concierge staff are outstanding.
