1. There are a number of shopping malls all within comfortable walking distance and with them a good selection of eateries.

2. Kihei serves very well as a jump-off point for exploring the island - we managed to get up the volcano before sunrise, drove all the Hana highway, explored Lahaina, Iao State Park and Makena all from here in comfort.

3. A comfortable 20-25 min drive from the airport (including traffic), the hotel sits on a perfect location and is very nicely appointed.
