6. Also, what was totally awesome and appreciated about the room was that they have a ceiling fan right over the bed so you can opt for that to give you air/cooling instead of air conditioning.

7. Beautiful lobby area, didn't eat in the restaurant, but it was nice to know it was available, the room was clean, pillows were perfect - often in hotels they're much too soft for my taste - and they, along with the bed, were simply heavenly and I slept awesome.

10. The pool is awesome - and yes I know that the pool at the Grand Wailea is killer, whatever - this one is perfect for lounging, getting some sun, ordering up some Happy Hour Mai Tai's poolside from Heather and having a great day.
