9. When we got to the hotel we were greeted by a woman whom I cannot remember her name but was extremely nice, we inquired about upgrading to an ocean room which was a good price but was on the hotel tower meaning very small balcony and partial ocean view, she told us that the garden studio we currently had was very nice and more private with a huge lanai overlooking the 2nd pool but it was up to us if we wanted to switch, at this point she encouraged us to take a look at both rooms.
