6. The other fellow and the blonde were awesome, for a pretty similair price you can walk down to the Westin and they have 3 or 4 very yummy restaurants there and its a great walk on the boardwalk along the Kaanapali beach.

We got in around 11:45pm and after reading on trip advisor someone mentioned to ask the front desk about seeing a few places before choosing our room, the late night guy was awesome, he noticed I had 2 kids and said we definatly didn't want the room we were assigned to as it had steep stairs and with the kids not good.

8. I was not pleased with the room that we were assigned to, so the sweet lady at the desk was kind enough to allow me to view several rooms before choosing an awesome ocean-front suite.

9. when we checked out we were asked if everything was up to par and if we had a great time, I told the guy that indeed everything was awesome but I did mention about our cleaning problem to which he remembered my call and apologized and said the housekeeping was a third party or something like that and they would be talking to the people in charge and the girls who were in charge of cleaning our studio.
