I phoned down to request a video cable to connect my laptop to the TV, not 5 minutes after I called, a man from service knocked on the door with a brand

DVD player still in it's box for us to borrow.

They did offer me a lunch and voucher if I sat through a presentation at the

and improved Marriott resort down the road which only served to salt my wounds that I was at an inferior property.
