1. Once, when we called to complain about no morning coffee supply, we were told that free coffee was provided only on the first day of a stay.

2. Hotel also offers shuttle to and from airport so no need to get a taxi call them on your arrival and they will pick you up for free.

Upon arrival at the Hyatt, we were greeted with an additional upgrade to our room (top floor, king size bed, no footprints on the wall, no garbage on the floor) a free pass to the hotel spa (another "apology" from them for our poor experience) and a complementary bottle of chilled champagne in our room.
