3. It is right near the public boat launch so there is a lot of rope, and parts of buoys there but nothing compared to dirty beaches in the Northeast (which is where we are from), no broken bottles or anything like that.

4. Our friends like their condo near the water, but we ended up in a top floor room that looked like a kickback from the 70's.

7. One drawback is that, as we were reminded, we tend to come to Hawaii when our weather is bad, not necessarily when their weather is good, and on some nights, the night winds sounded like a tsunami was crashing through the patio doors.
