7. One drawback is that, as we were reminded, we tend to come to Hawaii when our weather is bad, not necessarily when their weather is good, and on some nights, the night winds sounded like a tsunami was crashing through the patio doors.

9. All in all, we would definitely recommend this as a mid-price resort with good amenities, frinedly and helpful staff, a one minute walk from the beach, and convenient to all that Kauai has to offer.
