1. The Today Show, perhaps??? Overall, I will stay at this Sheraton again as the staff is friendly and helpful--it's not their fault that the upkeep of some of the sleeping rooms isn't great and that food (at Basil's) and drinks are over-the-top in cost.

6. It was needed to store some medication, and the front desk could not have been more helpful in storing this for us between our two visits (this has not always been our experience at other hotels).

7. Van pickup and drop off from and to IAH was great and both occasions, with friendly and helpful drivers, who made sure you got off at the right terminal, and helped willingly with baggage.
