1. I've stayed at this property numerous times over the past few years due to its convenient access to IAH.

5. water temperature wasn't very hot (just warm in my opinion), the air conditioner made a loud noise (as though someone were kicking around inside) a few times every hour, there were no convenient electrical outlets to keep your phone on the nightstand, and the mini-fridge did not work properly.
