1. Bar prices are a little high ( $9 for a glass of house wine) but service was great.

2. The Today Show, perhaps??? Overall, I will stay at this Sheraton again as the staff is friendly and helpful--it's not their fault that the upkeep of some of the sleeping rooms isn't great and that food (at Basil's) and drinks are over-the-top in cost.

6. Van pickup and drop off from and to IAH was great and both occasions, with friendly and helpful drivers, who made sure you got off at the right terminal, and helped willingly with baggage.
