1. My husband & I have starwoods points that came with access to the quiet floor & free breakfast - which was quite good.

2. When we first arrived, the hotel shuttle took over 1 hour to arrive at the airport to pick us up; so although its a free shuttle, it's frequency is not often.

3. I would recommend this hotel for a night before heading out on an early morning flight just because they offer the free shuttle.

4. We were in Houston for an event and choose the Sheraton North because it is so close to the airport and they have a free 24 hour shuttle (every 20 minutes).

7. If you are planning to take an early AM Hotel shuttle (free), make certain you get down there early, as they fill up quickly.
