1. The rooms are clean and spacious, the beds are comfortable, the location is good, and the staff is always very polite and helpful.

5. I don't know if the banquet staff in the convention center is part of their hotel but that was lacking major -- I found them to be neither friendly nor helpful.

6. A bell man helped us with our things, but when we told him we would leave his tip with the front desk as we had no cash on us, he did not seem to understand and hung around for several more minutes suggesting he was waiting for his tip.

7. Also, one of my colleagues went to get a bell cart to help load the car at the end of our stay and the bell man wouldn't even get the cart for her.

9. Staff were very helpful; during the conference, I had the hotel staff hold and store my bags before I could check-in and after check-out.
