2. Several doors down another guest was smoking in his room and the hallway and after several complaints from numerous guests, the hotel staff said that the occupants knew of the charge and didn't care.

8. After traveling extensively with our business, and staying in numerous hotels, (this trip being a six day stay) I've come to the conclusion that the lower priced hotels care more about your creature comforts without trying to place a price tag on it.
