4. The hotel's general manager, Mo Milani takes great pride in all aspects of the hotel and his 'hands on' management style is reflected even down to the back of the house employees, making the hotel operate as a well oiled machine.

5. I can honestly say that there aren't many hotels where you see the general Manager, Resident Manager and/or Food and Beverage Director continuously walking around the hotel throughout the day.
