2. We dealt interacted with a woman who was a floor supervisor that was very accommodating, while the manager in the evening suggested we use a comment card when we complained about the room being loud since it was next to the elevator.

7. Positive: Rooms quiet-Comfortable beds-Clean-Curtains block out the light-Negative:besides the maid not speaking any English except for 'hello' and not one person smiled or acted like they like their job at the service desk, no one would accommodate me just to pop some popcorn.
