1. Also free fast wifi that was fantastic, loved the coffee / hot chocolate machine in the lobby, will be telling all my friends & family to stay here.

9. Cleaning - the cleaning lady was lovely, however there was a couple of times that the 'do not disturb' sign was on the door and she tried coming in anyway.
